These are rare and very neat. Just like today there were giant beds of oysters, and those oysters just like today produced pearls. These are 90 million year old pearls, one of which is one half inch in diameter!

A strange species of shark called ptychodus. They had round teeth with ridges on them which locked together in plates that crusehd crustaceans.
